Graphic Submission Guidelines
Platform: Mac
Applications/ File Types:
PHOTOSHOP CS2
Acceptable Formats: TIFF, EPS, PSD or PDF
Save as CMYK. Binary encoding 600 dpi or higher @ 100% of imprint size or larger
FREEHAND 11.0.2
Acceptable Formats: Freehand Document, EPS or PDF. Convert fonts to paths. Be sure to include any ‘linked’ or placed files
ILLUSTRATOR CS2
Acceptable Formats: Illustrator Document, EPS, or PDF Convert fonts to curves Be sure to include any ‘linked’ or placed files
INDESIGN CS2
Acceptable Formats: EPS or PDF
Be sure to include any ‘linked’ or placed files

General:
Save all scans at 600 dpi and at least 100% of projected imprint size.
If placing scans in a document please convert to CMYK prior to placing/importing.
Bleed margins need to be 1/8” on all sides.
Please convert images that print in process colors to CMYK.
Please supply images that will print in “Spot” or “PMS” colors in spot colors (not CMYK).
Please include or fax a color separated printout with pantone colors specified.
